Where's Riley??

I don't know what happened to Riley's picture but we will try again.

One of these days I will get the hang of this blog.

Summer has arrived!!!!

As you can tell, Summer has arrived and so have the Sturgeon!.

Lee was down at my brothers for 10 days and caught three nice sturgeon. It will be nice to have them in the freezer for winter.

These fish were all around fifty inches. My brother his family and Mom and Dad were all together for Fathers Day. I will add a few pictures of our get together.

Below are Dad, Lee, Jack, Scott and my brother. We have a very nice visit but of course we all ate way too much. That's what Fathers Day and picnics are for. My sister inlaw Toni is a wonderful cook. Harley and Lee cooked salmon and hamburgers. Mom and Dad enjoyed all the Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

Below Harleys, boys Jed,Jack, Scott and his new baby boy, Jacks son, Harley, Dad and Lee.

The doe and her two fawns are doing great, they are still in the neighbors yard but should be getting more adventurous soon.

The last week of June is Rodeo time in Prineville. Wed. nite they drive the cows down main street. What a hoot!! Saturday morning is the parade down town. There were over 90 entries this year. Sat. evening we went to the rodeo with our neighbors from up at the lake and had a wonderful time. It was a little warm, 98 degrees. Riley is the only smart one of the bunch and really knows how to cool off. Well, this is all for now. Happy 4th of July!!! Enjoy

Spring babies how they grow.

Hi again,

We are having a cool spring so far, but the neighbor had a doe deliver two baby fawns about 2 weeks ago. They are so cute. I am going to put on a picture of them hope you can see them.

We are busy fishing, lee cutting wood for the comming winter and working in the yard. Last weekend Lee and I dug several bunches of Ribbon Grass to plant on the hill side. I am still

working on getting the last of them in the ground. Last weekend Shannon, Porter and myself

went to a craft fair near her house. We had a great time and Porter was so good. He slept thru

it all. Both boys are able to stand with a little help. How fast they grow. Lee is off to Astoria

for fishing tomorrow for about 10 days. I am going to join him for a few days and visit with

my folks. Well, that's about all for now. Hopefully we will have sturgeon pictures for the next

post. Lee, Sheri and Rilely
